I have come to a conclusion that there are 2 types of people. One who go by what destiny provides and other who go by what they want the destiny to provide them.
The 2nd ones are usually struggling and yet happier. The 1st one are relaxed yet complaining.
You are suffering more if you are someone who’s go to dialogues are:
- Why always me?
- I am the one who has to understand always.
- I am the one who has to go through all the pain.
- I am the one who is struggling more.
- I got so many problems, and no one to understand it.
If you are someone who feels like you recieve a lot of problems, that's because you have been constantly inviting this stress into your life. You have to understand that you cannot go by what the universe is providing you. You need to stop and change the words you use. For once you should feel like: 'enough, I will resist from negative thoughts and rebuild my life in such way that I only attract the good.'
Despite all the problems you are facing you to need use words like:
- Its all good, calm and cool, everything is very good.
- I am loved, seen and heard.
- I treat everyone right and so does everyone.
- I am growing and evolving.
- I am healed, happy, sensible and mature.
The day 1 of doing this will be so tough that it might make you cry. That’s because you will be doing something against your body and mind’s usual pattern. It will be so tough that every problem that you will be meeting, you will end up losing faith of being positive.
My day 1 gave me panic, anxiety and loads of tears. But then I remember telling to my friend that oh it’s alright, 5 days more, and I will be the best version of myself.
I kept on doing this, as soon as someone was rude to me, I told myself, ‘They understand me and are kind and polite to me.’
As soon as I had a fight I started chanting, ‘We are resolving everything peacefully and are treating each other well.’
As soon as I failed at something I said, ‘No worries, you know you are achieving everything you want.’
I very well know how difficult it is to keep on doing this but that’s how you attract what you want in your life. Believe me or not but everytime you are saying you are the one who always has to suffer, you are attracting all the energy of the universe to make you suffer.
- You start your day by waking up at a time where you can have peace around yourself.
- You then take a notebook and write 10 things you want in your life. (it could be a healthy relationship, success, resolution of a fight, a happy self, a better height/weight)
- Each point that you write, try writing it in a bit more description of what this goal sounds like. (eg: I want a healthy relationship where I am loved, valued, respected and prioritised. We spend a lot of time together and are the best match for each other)
- Now as you are done writing this, you repeat everything to yourself, while your voice should reach your ears.
- Remember: more than writing, saying and asking for it, you have to feel that you already have it. Hence you need to have a smile and imagination in your mind of already recieving it.
- Repeat this every morning.
- Whenever in the day you feel like things are turning again bad, you write it again or repeat these things again. (cautious of repeating it with a scared/anxious/angry/panicked tone) It wont just workout but also invite panic and stress. Rather calm yourself for 5mins and then repeat it with a believe and smile on your face.
- If you feel you can manage then at the end of your day, right before sleeping, again repeat this activity.
I have literally manifested a happy family, a healthy relationship, a job opportuinity, a body figure, a stronger mind and courage to study and show up everyday. And it has worked wonders for me.
