How to move out of comfort zone? (motivation prologue)

/

In order to stay up to the mark you always have to chase something which is more than your capacity. Something which isnt even your cup of tea. If you are someone who has it all intact well, if everything is running fine and you are comfortably working than you are not even realising how your graph is going down.

I had it through my own experience. I was 16 since when I was struggling to make a name in the field of startups. I failed and well, always failed at it. I still never felt like a failure. I had no time to feel the failure. The only set goal I had in mind was to not be someone who was not disciplined. The goal was to live a life where I was focused, disciplined and growing.

I didnt define my growth on papers ever. Growth was an episode I always felt from within. If I knew I had given my 100% in the day, I was successful!

But then at 21, when I had figured out that all I wanted to do was write a book and earn from it. I was reliefed that finally I have it all figured out. I would not have to now focus on whether I succeeded as a businesswomen or not, didnt matter if I had enough consultation bookings or not, didnt matter if I do a MBA or not. This was a sigh moment only for a couple of days until I started feeling purposeless. I didnt know what to write about anymore. Less clients mean less dealing with providing a solution. Which means using less of my brain. Which not only means wasting the capacity of my brain, but also means not being mindful enough to write assertively. I didnt take any stress for MBA, assuming that writers dont need it. Well, a writer didnt require a MBA, but every human for sure required some challenges everyday.

Hence, I kept on going ahead with that wishlist of being highly educated woman, running multiple businesses, being an expert at understanding all fields and providing adequate knowledge for the world to learn it too.

It sounded similar to practising what I preach. Now, I was a person who had to self-practice by default before launching it to the world.

  1. Let me tell you a formula: practice and immediately preach. Often in your heydays of youth you might have heard, ‘you remember better when you teach it to someone’
  2. For me, this formula approximates to read>write>read.
  3. Where reading stands for learning, studying, reading, exploring, watching. Write coincides to writing, speaking, teaching, recording.
  4. Read would also be stated as a way of information INCOMING. Write equals to information OUTGOING.
  5. Well, dont worry with that term OUTGOING. You wont be losing your information ever. Remember when your mom said, ‘books never ditch you.‘ Therefore, information once entered your subconcious never leaves you. It just takes outgoing to help it stay revised and fresh always.
  6. Keep this read>write>read balance, and will give you the capacity to learn so much and do so much in your life.
  7. 5 years into this, and I havent regretted a single minute to it.

So let connect, and create your list of uncomfortables target now!

As much as you stick to your bucket list having the most craziest fun stuff, challenges are also a bucket list.

Do not hesitate to work hard or set goals more than your limits.
